footwear Problem with pumps

Whenever I wear pumps they slip off my heel when i walk It's not a problem with the size or anything before you guys ask :L

The main time i have this problem is with open toed pumps. It's like my feet just slip down out the front ahah >> so i can't try sticking a wad of paper in the end to keep my foot up or whatever.
I've tried hair spraying my foot and i didn't feel like it stuck at all. Also i've tried those heel sticky pad things but they just slip off and leave nasty goo in my shoes.

Sooo, any idea's? I'm half tempted to sew in a ribbon to tie around my ankle or something << i just have to pull on legwarmers to keep my feet in now and that's really not always a good look

These are shoes I just bought and they are the first peep toes shoes I've ever bought.. And honestly they hurt my feet like hell. Anyway if the problem is them slipping off the back of your heels you might want to try a sticky gel and glue it or somehow get it on the back lining of the heel where the ankle is and hopefully if it works the adhesive will create a friction to the back of your ankle.

Didn't know my post never made it to this thread. I was saying that you can go to an orthopedic shoe-store and they have inserts for people with narrow feet. Proper shoes are to be measured not in just the length of the foot, but by the width as well. Orthopedic stores usually carry products to help in this matter.
