This game kicks ass !!!

the controls take some time getting use to, but once you do its fun as hell !

no, i'm going for weapons first, i maxed kellys machine gun, that thing kicks

use the boost, click down on the directional pad and move in the direction you wish to go in.

when you perform a lot of boost combos, you will enter a state caled mobius, im not sure what it is YET, but i'll find out (soon or later). i THINK its when you can fly, just about go anywhere you want on the map, but like i said that what i think. max boost combos i got is 17

the mobius thing doesnt let u fly anywhere. it gives u invincibility for a limited time only. plus, your weapon gets really strong and does a lot of damage. u still haf a limit for flying though. so u get unlimited life and mana

dont use the drive gun, only canon. once he starts spinning on the ground jump over him and shoot down, but get away from him fast.

I was getting pissed on that level. Go all the way around the sided to the top right of the map. You should be able to get up to a higher level there and then you will only be a half dozen hops away from jumping inside.

This game is the bomb. I think it is one of the best games out for XBOX so far.
Also if someone is having problems with the controls, maybe pick up a controller S.

No you should use the drive gun. Boost across over the boss and point down with the D-GUN. If you hover around for a few seconds you will rip some major damage. This is great for the second one. Go on top of the door and just rip him apart from above.

Here's a helpful hint on obtaining this mode everyone seems to be having problems with. I stumbled on it when I noticed the count going up.

You have to have you enemy viewfinder open. This happens automatically when you are near enemies.

Thrust in different directions. Don't use the same one twice. Sometimes you can use the same one twice but you have to do that direction twice in a row if you want it to count as one. So thrust roll sideways and forward and back. Do not land or hit jump or you will lose your count. Do not thrust up or get hit by enemies either. The easiest way is to go into a wall forward and sideways and forward again.
When you hit 25 you will obtain invincibility for about 10 seconds.
That is it.
Don't run out of thrust or you will lose altitude. So if you are going from the ground thrust up and then begin, but don't use up your meter. This will also charge your Halley abilities. (When you push down on both analog sticks at the same time.)
If you are running out of thrust go in a direction that is more open and let go so your thrust will build up some. Use the walls to hit if you want to climb up numbers quickly, but don't run out of thrust. If there are no enemies near you will not lose your count if you follow the rules I stated for not losing your count. Just thrust to where enemies are near again and begin adding to your count again.

Yes that is true. I have seen other people saying that once you beat the game that you can go whatever level you choose. I beat it and nothing. All it says is a 1 for times clear. Now maybe this is because I didn't get all the Halley Cores. Does any know about this, or can shed some light. I am on my way through it a second time. I probably won't have time to play until the weekend though. This time I am not going to miss any cores, because before I thought that I could go back.
