Then the usual maintenance advice. - Upgrade video drivers to the latest. - Upgrade audio drivers to the latest. - Upgrade to the latest version of Direct X. - Scan the hard drive for errors. - Free up space on the hard drive (may not apply). - Defragment the hard drive. If none of that fixes the problem, you can try re-installing. Good luck.
