That's more worthy of a platinum than most platinums imo.

It does seem insane, but as a massive Silent Hill fan, it's my duty to get it any way I can.


EDIT: Adrenaline Junky and Ninja popped at the same time and made me really happy. I could've sworn I got hit enough to disqualify me for that Trophy, but apparently not. I now have 161 out of the required 333 monster kills for platinum. Should take me around 2 more playthroughs for that, in which I can get the melee kills Trophy. Then I would just need the last two endings and the Heather Beam from the 333 kills.

I loaded up my save on a different PS3 that didn't have Extra New Game unlocked when I beat the game, so I'm gonna copy my pre-final boss save back over to my PS3 and beat the game again to see if that wouldn't knock off the two Trophies I could've sworn I had guaranteed through my playthrough. That would knock out the Beam Saber and the first of my last two endings.



Clear time was 2 hours and 13 minutes

I'm the complete opposite. Even though I have games like Captain America and Terminator on my list, I love a good challenge. If it'll take a long time and dedication to achieve, or just straight skill (or even pure luck, depending on the circumstances), I'll be more than happy to try for it. It's why I've never quite given up on Demon's Souls and I plan to get Dark Souls on PS3 after I get the Demon's platinum.


And then I still have that promise to Aeirou to platinum Star Ocean The Last Hope International (*bleep*ing yeesh).

Just got the Golden Abyss Plat, it was the bounties that caused me the most trouble in the end, which are random drops from enemies, took quite a lot of restarts of checkpoints in order to get them all, thankfully you can't collect duplicates of ones you already have otherwise it would have been a lot more annoying than it was

I would still love to plat Star Ocean. I played it on normal and beat the standard game an stopped playing after that extra boss dude who annihilated me

IIRC it sucks that there are chests you can miss for good thus making on trophy impossible.

Picked up Dead Space 2 again, after only playing it through once when it was first released. Enjoying playing it again, almost halfway through my second playthrough and doing well with the clean up trophies. Should get them all by the end of my third playthrough, then just Zealot and Hardcore modes. Oh and i need to buy the DLC too.

Anyone else here playing Skyrim? I picked up the DLC, and completely lost myself in the housebuilding...
