a few reasons:

-Platinums are harder to get, and it's easier to get a 1000 bronze and be higher without actually completing a game.

-Monitoring overall trophy count would be a lot more flux than platinum leaderboards, so this way it's easier for me to maintain.

-Most, if not all, of the players that participate in these leaderboards are trophy hunters.. so using this board you can get help with trophies from older games where the forum may be inactive or doesn't exist.

Although my ME1 playthrough will be interupted soon as I swapped Far Cry 3 for The Amazing Spiderman + 20 euros on an Irish Ebay-like site. The game is probably shit but I've literally never played a Spidey game before and for some reason I'm in the mood for a sandbox game.

The game is actually quite good, the only real problem I had with it is that the combat is insanely easy, and made even easier with one of the abilities which allows you to instantly kill/KO enemies after 2-3 hits or something along those lines. As Jerry said it does borrow a lot from Arkham, particularly Arkham City but I still enjoyed it a lot, great fun
Got all the Single Player trophies for PS All Stars on the Vita out the way yesterday, will make a start on the online ones tonight, nothing too difficult but the one for not dying may take some time, depends what kind of players I come across, will probably end up getting the Plat for the PS3 version eventually too, not actually a bad game there are just some characters that are really bad, the sooner the DLC characters are released the better
EDIT: Yep got the Platinum, Number 45 Not sure what's next plat-wise, gonna focus on finishing Assassin's Creed 3 for now

Haalyle I've been slowly pushing towards the GoW3 plat myself, Titan's not too hard, I got stuck on Poseidon for a fair while... But after that I was progressing quite alright and normal enemies aren't that bad as long as you're half decent at evading. Just bosses will take a few attempts, otherwise the plat itself is pretty easy it seems. The challenges will be probably be a pain in the arse.

And I adopt your way of thinking, plat games I really only like. I do a fair amount of research before buying a game so I don't get stuck junking up my trophy list with games I don't like, or getting trophies for the sake of trophies. But,I do have a few on their from when I didn't realize what trophies were, as well as a few after. Overall though, I try to keep it to games I like

I was wondering if someone could help me get a trophy on playstation all stars. I need to play an online game with a friend and no one on my friends list has this game or plays it anymore. If someone could help me by playing one match it would greatly appreciated. Psn: LJ94
