Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld seems just as excited as anyone else for High Moon Studios' upcoming action title. In an update on his personal site, Liefeld posted images of several Official Xbox Magazine pages, February issue, confirming the appearance of two other major players in the Deadpool series. Cable -- the fellow I'm most excited about -- will be joining the Merc with a Mouth so they can go on more crazy and humorous adventures together, but he's not the end of it.

In addition to Cable, a reimagined Death is joining the cast, no doubt for some bizarre romantic tension (unless Thanos wants to be a complete jerk here too). Another female and Liefeld creation, the mutant Domino, will also appear in the game in some capacity. She first debuted in X-Force, and has popped up in Cable & Deadpool on occasion.

No doubt we'll learn (and see) more about all the aforementioned Marvel characters before Deadpool is out. No, we still don't know when that is, but it'll be some time this year and for Xbox 360 and PS3.
