I've got a load of great games that I haven't played yet, but for some reason I can't find the motivation to start them. Stuff like Mass Effect 3, MGS3 HD, MGS4, Dead Space 2, and so on......In the past i'd gobble these games up but these days i'll just think "ah sod it, i'll start it tomorrow" and I never do.

The only games I play these days is either BF3 or FIFA. My hardcore gamer days are over I reckon. I'm just a casual gamer now.

Finally got my Sonic Allstars Racing platinum just moments ago so now I have 10 plats altogether. I hadn't really touched the game recently and have only really played FIFA 13 over the past month hence why I seem to have taken much longer than I should have going for this plat. The last mission was a right pain but I finally done it and am just glad I don't have to play this game again. It was fun, but got repetitive after a while.

The next platinum's i'm working on is LA Noire which I haven't touched in quite some time but have around 21% completed already. And obviously I will be have a crack at FIFA 13 seeing as its my main game at the moment. I have about 40% done on that thus far.

jbh, I just got the Going Commando platinum which puts me up to 19th place with my 19th platinum.

Well I obviously pay little attention to my plats. I thought I only had 23 plats but I just looked and I have 26. But now I know I will have 28 when I plat Resident Evil 6 and Borderlands 2.

Mnmfan, Pauliepoos A piece of advice to you guys, I was recently having a similar situation. I almost forced myself in to finishing Mass Effect 3 which is weird because I expected the game all year and was finally able to buy it. Similarly I have sleeping dogs, borderlands 2, ratchet and clank collection, fallout new vegas and resident evil 6, games that I was waiting to play before and now that I have them I couldn't bother to play for more than a few hours. I started The Walking Dead game this friday and ended all the chapters in two sittings.

Try playing something out of your comfort zone, somethin you wouldn't normally play. I had that game for psplus for a long while and it was all I needed to get that feeling of boredom off my chest. Play something fun and mindless and perhaps you can brush away that feeling also.

I'm glad you like it Pauliepoos. It's pretty damn enjoyable. Like I said on PSN it's like the Saints Row of the FPS genre.

I think the reason why I'm only playing COD lately is 'cos it's a great pick up 'n play game. I can boot it up and play a few matches without having to worry about following a story, getting to the next checkpoint, finding collectibles, trophies, etc etc. I can quit at the drop of a hat without caring if it saves or not.
Time is short for me these days. My wife is 8 months pregnant so it falls to me to bring my daughter to school every morning and with me working till 3am I only get a couple hours of gaming time. I just wanna play something quick and easy and be able to quit the game instantly should I need to. So Black Ops fits the bill perfectly.

Markimus_123, awesome. Did you find it difficult? My only real concern is any online trophies, I can't imagine the game is all that popular anymore. I've heard it's easier than the Raging Blast games though, which is a positive at least.

The game is really easy yeah, though it's somewhat luck based so you can defeat really powerful enemies with your only just created Custom Character once you get used to the fighting system...The online trophies were definitely the most annoying thing, pretty rage inducing considering it's tough to find a game to begin with let alone one where the opponent doesn't leave because he's losing, hate the fighting game community so damn much :/
