Isn't that the previous Oddworld though? I only remember it being 2D too. Abe's Oddworld and Abe's Exodus are the only Abe's I'm aware of. Fantastic games even by todays standard.

Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD is the best game I downloaded from the PS Store last year. It looked great and is so much fun. Its a long game and has some great areas.

Not trying it because is not like the old games is stupid especially when its free. I'll bet you will enjoy once you start playing I sure did.

jbh SW was never on PS2.Like the Dead Or Alive creator, once the XBOX came along, Lorn Lanning didn't want his games on the PS2.

A few developers did not want to develop for the PS2.After DOA 2 the Dead Or Alive creator actually stated that he would rather shoot himself in the head than make another DOA for the PS2.

Anyway I'm gonna play devils advocate and say that Paulipoos if you thinkg you wouldn't like it then I think you may be right.

Obviously you have never played it and I hadn't played it till the HD version came out on PSN and tbh I think that while it's an ok game, it's kind of boring.

I beat maybe half the game before I deleted it because I just didn't find it that fun.

Going by the comments here it seems that it's a far better game if you played it when it was originally released.

i love the fact that these are newer games too...

Prob is i have a 60GB orig
so i had to do some major cleaning...

and DL"d Infamous 2 (14.6 Gigs WTF?!?!)
and Ratchet and Clank All For 1 (14 Gigs Holy Hell!?!?!)

already had Warhammer
and prob get the others smaller ones after i beat one of these and delete it.

I think EU wins this round in terms of big games, just saw this on Twitter. Deus Ex: Human Revolution I'm pretty happy because it's a game I was interested in but didn't want to buy, now I get the chance to play it for free

one rant i have about this is that you need at least DOUBLE the space available on your disk to DL and install the games.
I have a 60G Fatty (from original launch)
so i don't really have a lot of space...
anyhow, A few weeks ago i took the time to free up 27G's and DL'd Infamous 2 and Ratchet (both about 12-14 Gigs apiece) which took forever to DL. After i DL'd both i went to install Ratchet, and it said i didn't have enough space. So i deleted my Borderlands which freed up anpther 5 or 6 Gigs and it still said it didn't have enough free space to install. I finally had to delete Infamous 2 to get it to work.

kinda sucks...
