Playstation 3 True Power?

I think Unchartered 2 pretty well displays what the ps3 is "Fulley" capable of. If not full, then pretty dang close.

My only problem with maxed out features and blah blah blah, is that after about 6 months of heavy gaming, your ps3 is gonna be basically good for laying a brick because its worked its butt off for 6 str8 months at full power, which causes more heat, and more wear and tear on its innards. You can use the rational, If you hearts beating at 90 beats a minute for 15-16 hours a day its gonna blow out sooner rather then later. Now I know it's a bit more complex than this, but it's just to make a point. I also know electronics and organic material have little in common in terms of life span

Most games this Gen are using a good portion of "Full Power" which should be fine unless your looking to basically immerse yourself in a full virtual reality type game.

My conclusion? Be happy with what it gives you, and be thankful it's not running at 100% with every game, therefore extending its shelf life.
