Did you actually play Skyrim or did you just visit the forums? All the quest and NPC related glitches can be avoided by saving before every quest and never during. Sure, they're there but it's a big game and weeding out those sorts of problems is a lot of work.
As for your DA2 praise... reusing areas is lazy on the developers part and it takes the fun out of exploring. Since the combat is a flash button mashing extravaganza, it was hard to find any joy in taking on a new quest when I knew the entire area already. This method could have worked OK if the story had been more well developed and had been crafted to make the player feel like it was met to be his/her home.
If what you're trying to say is that you played DA2 and you weren't bothered by the lackluster story and recycled areas.. than it's a lot like saying you bought a Roleplaying Game to play an action game.
You said the dialog options were cool, but NOTHING you choose to say carries any weight in game like it might have in other Bioware projects. It's hard for me to see where you are coming from because I am a lot less forgiving for laziness. I don't think I'm alone there.
