Ratchet And Clank: All 4 One
Rating: 6/10 (stand alone), 4/10 (on the Ratchet And Clank scale)
Awesome: Well, at least the multiplayer isn't a cluster*bleep* like New Super Mario Brothers can end up.
Alright: Well, at least the game is playable.
Awful: The cutscenes are actually boring. Not really any funny moments to speak of. Especially disappointing since it has Qwark, Ratchet and Clank working with Dr Naferious. Also, I've only played online a few times, and all those times ended not with me quitting, but with freezing and kicking me out off the servers.

Stacking

i loved this game. its a puzzle game that can be purchased from the PSN. im not a fan of puzzle games but this game was more fun than solving puzzles. there are hints too to help you out if needed. there is not alot of gameplay involved but i truly enjoyed playing it.

i recommended it highly - 9/10!

This game has given me 'Gaming Bipolar'. I love it and hate it. The storywas boring, having you play several different characters accross 12 levels, however despite my constant yawns, i just couldnt put it down becuase of the game play itself. IT's immensely satisfying and the graphics are amazing. After finishing the Story on Hard, i jumped online. It seems a bit CODish, with campers and such, but you add the unrivalled new destruction mechanics for better gameplay and tactics.

Like most, i played Bad Company before i played Battlefield main game, and for me, BC2 is better right now. Maybe its that the because the maps are too consistent, they never change within the game. So for example, you'd start in the desert, and finish in the desert, whereas in BC2 you could start in a desert and finish in a harbour. Weapon selection is slightly limited to what team your on as well. It gets annoying when your on the US team but cant use your favourite gun cos its russian.

Then theres the realsim they've included in the game. Jumping over walls renders you unable to shoot you gun until he hits the ground, even then he flinches slightly on landing, leaving you very exposed. In real life if this happened, your instinct would be to shoot, no matter your doing. So i feel they've failed on that part. Prone is the same as well, but leaves you exposed almost twice as long.

I hate the fact that you cant look at your weapon in a menu as well, and the soldier customization could've been better.


I know alot of you could say 'This is BF, not BC, but the reason BF3 has sold so well on PS3 and 360 is because of BC2 and BC1. For many people, those were their first Battlefield experience.

God, I'm totally behind - the last game I completed was Castlevania: Lord of Shadows, which I would rate at 7.5/10.

Currently playing FIFA 12 (8.5/10), Limbo (an obvious 10/10) and LA Noire (nowhere near making up my mind on this one).

Vanquish - 9/10 (screaming orgasm)
Take something cool like Gears Of War and inject it with steroids and speed. The result? One of the best games made in this generation! Love the speed and intensity of this game. Love how you can go into bulletime. Love the risk/reward system. Love the bosses. The only shitty thing here is the story because it tries to be complicated when it isn't, but it's a minor detail amidst awesome, awesome gameplay.

Modern Warfare 3

An overall better game than Battlefield 3.

Well, at least Infinity Ward, Activision and Sledgehammer (and whoever I may have missed that worked on MW3) wouldn't be forcing you to use their online services even though Steam is just fine and scanning through your files.

Modern Warfare 3

Single player: 9/10
Multiplayer: 7/10
Average: 8/10

Everything aside from the multiplayer is brilliant. The campaign is an par with the COD4 campaign (nothing beats All Ghilled Up). I've never been able to keep up with the MW storyline. I lost track of the story and stopped caring but even so, the campaign is a lot of fun with many fantastic set pieces that put even UC3 to shame.
The graphics are brilliant (imo). I know many say the graphics suck but they're just spoiled idiots looking for something to complain about. Animations are smooth and spot on and the sound and dialogue is perfect.

Spec Ops and Survival are very enjoyable too. Definitely beats Zombies in every way possible.

Multiplayer

Nah, this just isn't my cup 'o' tea at all. The maps are dreadful. There's no sense of organisation to any of them. Most COD maps have a 3-routes system, in other words, a main route down the middle and a flanking route along the sides. However in MW3 the maps seem to have 6 or 7 different routes and it makes for a very frustrating experience. 80% of my deaths are from behind or from a camper.
Also the maps are way too cluttered. You can't run 10 steps without running into a bit of debris or something equally mundane.

The Strike Packages are a good idea but it means that EVERY single player in the lobby WILL get a UAV or Stealth Bomber. There seems to be a UAV up for the whole game because even the noob with 0 kills can get a UAV.
Also why the hell is the Stealth Bomber in the Support Class?

So yeah, I applaud IW and Sledgehammer for trying something new with the Strike Packages but it made the game too noob friendly.
