ModNation Racers has been a bit quiet news and thread wise but there is a place to keep up with the action thus I feel pointing it out will make more people aware of the game and give us some stuff to comment on. So here is the US Playstation MNR Beta Site Link

I will be home in December, hopefully I will be able to get this. This game will be great in my opinion and bigger than LBP considering it is a old skool kart racer.

Kart racing is huge, when you take kart racing and then give them the absolute creative freedom of something like LittleBigPlanet you get the recipe for a bonafide hit. LittleBigPlanet became a cult hit mainly because Sony didn't advertise it and still to this day only like 2 million people worldwide own it. If Sony advertise this game fully we could have the next 'Mario Kart' phenomenon on our hands it could be huge.

Didn't Sony advertise LBP where you lived? I know this is off the topic a little, but LBP was easily one of the most advertised games here in Australia on any platform.

I don't doubt this will heavily compete with LBP but LBP will have much to offer still. And as for those who own it figures were ,in April, about 40 Million in terms of users who have published levels.
