i recently pulled out my old ps2 and was looking through my games and found black, i thought rite al give this ago again and i swear to god it was like being in COD4 but with shittier graphics.
the game play was amazing and no doubt alot of you will agree with me that a sequel to this game would look awesome.
so were is it?

They wouldnt do a remake of a not so old PS2 game for the PS3. The majority of people who own it on the PS3 wouldn't hand out another £39.99 on a game they already have. It's simple logic Stefan...

I dont know if he meant a sequal or not. But I found the original Black controls fiddly, quite boring, repetetive.

I loved Black. They said they were going to make Black 2 for the PS3 as soon as they finished their other game.

Really, I have not heard any news on it at all, a source perhaps?.

There will probably be a Black 2 sooner or later. Its just that it hasn't been officially announced.

Disappointing to hear they're not doing a sequel. The shooting mechanics in BLACK were absolutely spot-on - but the overall game itself was let down by poor level design (in most cases), a lack of savepoints/checkpoints and a complete lack of any multiplayer. However, as I said, in regards to shooting mechanics, BLACK was ahead of it's time.

Black was a tech demo.
