Keep in mind that "better" is an opinion. So that's meaningless from the start. There ave been reports of rather minor graphical improvements on the PS3 version. However they aren't really enough to call the PS3 version better. Though they might be enough to account for the ONE point difference in scores on Metacritic IF and only if some reviewer was being pedantic about it.
