Has anyone purchased or players the game yet? Want to try and get a few opinions before I splash the cash and get it myself.

my roomie just bought this...he bought a bunch of games and a PS2 with his $400 alberta proseproty cheque...loser he still has over $700 debt
havent played it yet...will let u know this weekend...my gf is out of town so the PS2 will get a workout...lol

I've actually got it myself, not a bad game at all.

Shame they got rid of the button bashing though, used to love that side of the game on the Mega Drive!

i like the gameplay on some of the modes though...still a bit of button bashing on the speed skating for teh start
basic way to sum up teh game...gorgeous graphics,intuitive gameplay...boring after 5 mins by yourself, but with a friend or two or three and a few drinks its great
can get frustrating when u r learning mind u

I haven't gotten this game yet, but I hope to pick it up sometime in the future. I've always been a huge fan of the olypmics so I can't wait to see what this game will be like. I haven't ever played an olympic game.

this game is boring!

not only the gameplay,
but the commentary sucks big time.

the way he says: {you can cut this tension with a knife}, sounds more like steven hawking is doing the commentary.

and when your trying your best for some best time or score,
then is the commentary there to anoy you with stuff like:

oh no. fantastic! great! thats not good! way to agressif.

or with bobsleigh: he touches the board! other guy says: yes, but just ever so slichtly. few seconds later: he very slichtly touches the board. shut up! damn!

finish the game in two hours and i think: is that it?
the next day i return the game, piece of crap.

yeah the commentary does suck
i remember skating against my roomie on it...im hitting NEAR perfect strides and they say my rhythm is all over the place or something like that :S

yup ive got it its funny as hell and its good can sum1 post up sum basic instructions the 1st day i gotl it i lost the instructions lol

This game is absoloutley boring and it's not even a proper winter olympics because they have ice hockey
