I've beaten all the bosses, have all the gems and crystals, all 20 relics (4 in the worst, 12 in the medium, and 4 in the best yet i am at 97%. do you need to have all 20 at the medium level? at the best level, or what?

nm you do have to get all the gold ones (medium), the precentages are messed up though

I'm not sure if you need to. I never experienced this problem because I've got all platinum relics.

Yeah. It's really not that hard. All you have to do is hold down L and run right through the level.

I didn't know you could only get 97%? I thought you could actually get the full 100%. Mabey it is just me...

Actually, in this game it's possible to get 101%.

all you need is gold relics for all of them. And those are hard enough to get on the plane levels, where L doesn't help, took me like 5 tries to get it fast enough on one of them

Just get:
All gems
All Platinum Relics
Every boss and level complete

You don't need all platinums to get 100%. Just get all golds. Then when you beat Cortex again, there will be a Mega-Mix mini level. If you get all the boxes in there (automatic since Mega-mix will crash the ones you miss), you will get a special gem and have 101%.
