Kindly help me resolve this predicament. I bought a new labtec webcam 1200 and installed it. But when it was enabled to capture video images, the pictures are blurred and garbled with no clear and recognizable pictures.
What must i do to fix this trouble

Have you installed the drivers of the webcam, if yes and if still the problem exists than see your webcam it must be having some zooming lens type thing by which if you rotate will clear the image. Just like a camera having the zoom lens....... i hope that this may help.....
