Your card total is 40, and it looks to be a solid deck, pretty well balanced, but most neo/destiny/e-hero decks are polymerization based, which i hate. Yours isn't. However, fusions are one of the best reasons for picking e-hero etc.
Personally I would go with a cyber dragon/xyz cannon machine deck. I have to say out of probably 50 duels I've still never summoned xyz cannon, but even the 2 part cannons are useful, and any machine sooped up on 2 limiter removals is an instant win. cyber-stein+cyber end dragon+limiter removal 2nd turn of the game.
