i thought this was a fun game. it is a little, ok really easy but still it is a good game. i would play mine a little bit if my bro wouldn't have lost it.

Well...I stopped playing this game. I don't think I would ever return....perhaps it because I'm playing Advance wars...nah...The ZOE is OK, but it really doesn't have that satisfaying replay value most strategy games have.

Its an okay game if you're into the story and all. The talking can be funny at times because of Razma and his girlfriend. I'd still read it only when you forget thhe words. I loved it when I played it. Of course I beat it in 2 days.

is this game anything like zone of the enders for ps2 because i am a fan of the ps2 version

It's nothing like the ps2 one but its still fun. Its a Tactics type game like Advance wars but less queer.

I liked how much they talked. the storyline was very good, and it was almost like reading a book and playing a game at the same time. All of the characters had personalitys that you grew to like or dislike. I couldn't wait for the action to be ever so that I could see waht happens next in the story.

This game is all about your personal preferences. If you like story-heavy games you will absolutely love this as I do, but it's really more like reading a book than playing a game. The battle system is a lot of fun, but makes the game too easy at the same time - I still haven't finished it (scene 23), but so far I haven't lost one unit during the campaign. You won't too if you don't suck at games big time.
Plus, the opening theme is awesome!!!
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the game, it's the best I've played in a year or so (I mean on ALL platforms).

It's so so much more fun than the boring and so much overrated Advance Wars. AW is a fairly good game, but it has some serious flaws and the strategic engine is really dumbed down.
1. The game's AI is totally ATROCIOUS - you can stop the whole army by placing your midtank on a bridge - computer never retreats his weak or damaged units in order to let the strong ones get to the front lines. And this is just one example. REALLY REALLY BAD.
2. There is no randomness factor in the game's battles - all units always do the same amount of damage, which means there is NO replay value as the outcome is always the same and the game is more of a puzzle than a strategy game.

Rather play Battle Isle on your computer - it is a much better strategy game even though the first one was released more than 15 years ago.

Conclusion: ZOE rules, AW sucks. At least in my opinion.
