Apparently, in Japan, there is a building there that goes by the name "Unit 731"... First of all, WHY PUT THIS SHIT IN A GAME MEANT FOR KIDS?! I mean, if it was weant to be played by kids *ages 7-12*, then why put the tone and mentioning of Unit 731 in a kid's game?? Unless the original intent was that the game should've been for the adult (18+) demographic, then they shouldn't've put that stuff in... Firstly, because the tone acctually made kids ill/sick, or worse, made them commit suicide... Secondly, what if a 7-12 year old kid saw subliminal imagery of Unit 731??? They would get scared and cry/have nightmares, right? And if the parents ever saw that Unit 731 shit, they would most likely be haunted by it, too!

That's an interesting video. The Pokémon Green game used to display that could have just been a ROM hack though.

Im only 14 years old and I'll tell you this, I COULD hear the high pitch sound and IT DID affect me.
My friend had mentioned this song from Pokemon that had apparently caused 200 children to commit suicide, 200 of the 1000 children that were used to test out this game before it had been first released in stores, so i listened to it.
At first i though he was trying to creep me out, but after i had listened to the original, it hit me. I don't know why but i started showing symptoms of the LTS ( lavender town syndrome ), I started tripping ( freaking out ), looking for things that weren't there, shaking, dizziness, my ears hurt, my eyes stung ( like they were bleeding ), my head felt heavy, i thought i was being watched all the time, had irrational behaviour and the music would not get out of my head.
I went on the Internet and looked at some occurrences of this so called 'children dying from this song' and found a couple of true stories and freaked out even more. My friends had the same symptoms after i had shown them this song with the lavender town background on YouTube, my friends could hear the high pitched sounds and metal scraping together. I'm still freaking out about it.
What's even creepier is that when the children had committed suicide, the only causes of death were jumping off buildings and hanging themselves.

Well, that proves that you have an overwhelming lack of self-confidence and allow your mind to play tricks on you because you believe people when they tell you you should allow it to play tricks on you.

Also: That 731 thing isn't in the game. That was a hack. A joke someone made.
