Crispy!!!

Read this:

If you hold both run buttons after you do the stage fatality on Scorpion's Lair, you can hear Shao Kahn say "Crispy".
If you hold both HP buttons, Dan Forden will pop out and say "Crispy". You can hold both run buttons and both HP buttons, and you will hear both Shao Kahn and Dan Forden say "Crispy".

I've tried this a million times, but I have not succeded.
Can anyone confirm this?
Does it really work for the PSX version of the game?

If it does, when (how long after the stage fatality uppercut) and what do I input at the controller?
