Not sure if anyone will be reading this, since the last post here was in September/2003.

I've been playing this for a while and I'm trying to get everything done on each level. So far I've done this:

Level RTA:

Stat power ups: 16 out of 18.
Criminals killed/arrested: 3 out of 4.
Side missions: Arrested man for urinating on tree, Arrested man for caring a weapon, spoke to fathers old contact.

Level with Jumper:

Stat power ups: 15 out of 15.
Criminals killed/arrested: 4 out of 4.
Side missions: Can't remember, but I think I did everything.

Level with hidden Gun:

Stat power ups: 17 out of 20.
Criminals killed/arrested: 11 out of 11.
Side missions: Can't remember them, but I'm sure that I did all of them.

Level with Park:

Stat power ups: 8 out of 10.
Criminals killed/arrested: 20 out of 25.
Side missions: I might of missed one.

These are my stats so far, I'm working on trying to find everything in the game. Then I'll write up a complete FAQ since I haven't seen a good one yet.

Oh, and here are the stat power ups for the 4 levels that I've done so far:

Level 1 (RTA)

Constitution: 8
Reflexes: 3
Stamina: 1

Level 2 (Jumper)

Strength: 5
Constitution: 5
Reflexes: 4
Stamina: 1

Level 3 (Hidden Gun)

(Missing one)

Constitution: 4
Reflexes: 6
Stamina: 2

Level 4 (Park)

(Missing two)
Strength: 3
Constitution: 2
Reflexes: 2
Stamina: 1

do you still play the game?

I have recently restarted playing Urban Chaos on the PC. I have finished the game before but have never completed every level 100%. Do any know where to find a COMPLETE power up walkthrough?

I would recommend looking for Primas Offical strategy guide. they would have it. There shud be one on ebay or at primaguides.com or whatever their site is.
