Yeah, when I use Omnimon, BKWargreymon, Imperialdramon (both kinds) or Seraphimon I find it very easy to win, plus with Renamon or Terriermon are the best rookies to fight him with

Digimon in-game: Wargreymon. (I think he's pretty good, his techniques are fairly quick)

Digimon not-in-game: Paildramon. (If Stingmon can do it, so can Paildramon)

Wargreymon/BKWargreymon's finishers are prety damn powerful, not to mention huge and look badass! They are the best in this game IMO, along with Omnimon and Seraphimon:)

Yeah Exactly. Using Wargreymon/BK Wargreymon Cricle move is very quick and a good counterattack, and their finishers do about half your opoonents max. HP.

And seraphimon's normal attacks are very useful for both ground dnemies and enemies on higher ground, while his 'hallowed ascension' move is extemely powerful Hallowed knuckle is great for stopping reapermon's quick forward slashing move (name?) if you don't get hit straight away
