Player Ratings

As everyone knows the game is based on the previous season, so what are you supposed to do about players that improved exceptionally through out the season.

Ex: Kenny Thomas of the Rockets
Jason Richardson of the Warriors

These are just a few and i would like to know how some of you guys changed their ratings. If you have any formula you like to use i would like to see
