I am really new to the whole Rastafarian beliefs. In fact i don't know much about rastas at all. i am a Christian and have been one for the last three years. a friend of mine had to do a speech in Speech class and she chose to speak about Rastas and she had no information on them at all and didn't know anything about Rastas. well she began to do a lot of research on Rastas and the beliefs and lifestyles. she has been telling me a lot about it and has enjoyed the time she has spent researching and she joined a place similar to this. she is also a Christian. neither one of us has any interest in becoming a Rastafarian, but we both want a deeper understanding. she told me that the Rastafarian beliefs are very similiar to those of Christians, but there are a lot of gray areas. please if anyone has more information you would like to give me, please do. i want to understand.

hi im also[size=1] in this same predicament i am 14 years old and christian but i have recently had a strong intrest in rustafarian beliefs and researched it and believe most of the teachings. i think i have come to this time in my life where i can make decisions for myself and this is a decisions i strongly [color=green]want to fulfil to its ful potential.
[color=olive]i strongly advise you should buy a book by either Marcus Garvey or haille selassie I you can learn alot by them
