I can't beat E.S Levi on disk 2!

Ok I've never had any problems beating the bosses on Xenosaga 3 until I got to E.S Levi after defeating Pelegri. I am stuck and have been stuck on this fight for a week and a half now. I can not find any good tips on beating this SOB. Does anyone have a good strategy to help me progress in the game? lol....

if your using jin's es, levi will ALWAYS counter his attacks. keep your health above 30000 and make it PRIORITY. whenever there is a cutscene during battle make sure everyones health is maxed, so have a decent stock of all repair or half repair and down repair. i had about 20 each.
RIGHT AFTER the cutscene, have every es CHARGE (guard) until levi does his devastating attack. you'll survive but be in critical health. i also never used lvl 3 special attacks. i would wait until i charged to 2 and used LVL 1, so that way whenever levi casts vejora armor i could have the next es break it. using your specials also gets rid of any status effects, keep this in mind whenever you get planted with an f mine status.
i also had no more than 2 es's using their specials at once and used the third to cure. this tactic took me about 10-15 MIN, i lost one es after the last (third?) cutscene. i also had everyones special fully charged to 3 before i went into battle.
