AI A Bit Too Smart?

This happened to me today when I was playing (Arg, forget the name, I think it was the second last level) on OO Agent, and in the vents, killing baddies. I had just head shot everyone to date, and killed the two guys the in the room with two shots, and I saw some guy running back to the room with the body armor. I thought I'd surprise him by sneaking back and...what else...shoot him in the head with ole' Goldy. When I got there, though, he was there too, with his gun pointing right at the vent, shooting me to death! I just shouted "You sneaky b*****d!" and died! How did they know I was going to be there!?

re: AI A Bit Too Smart?

Usually they run somewhere because they see you moving in that direction or they were running from you.

Once a guy sees you he'll always point his gun in your direction even if your across the level!

re: AI A Bit Too Smart?

they're just like the AI in Super Smash Bros Melee, they can see you , even if you have the invisable thing, if you are both off the screen and still fightin, or even if the screen turns black cause of those hellish pokemon things...

so, it doesnt matter where you are, they can see the map and screen at the same time... which lick serious balls, but it adds to the difficulty factor...

Revenge? Ha! That's not what I'm after.... I want far
more than that. I don't give a damn about Miluda's murder. I
want to bring 'chaos' into the world... to hear the screams of
humans... But, don't worry, I'll kill you.... myself.

well you can still be seen slightly with the cloak on, barely, but it can be enough to be seen.
