ok there are several things i need help with

1) in the mas Ora[spoiler=][/spoiler] part of the map when you go to talk to the head guy(forgot name) he says he cant talk to you because hes to busy and your wanting to open up the magic shop how do i do this ive already gotten news letters and everything now i just don't know what to do .

2) is there any other way to go back from eye of the storm cuz im suppose to face the final boss and in no were near high enough lvl for it but i have all summons maxed but is there a way to go back to lvl my characters up?
