I have a question about the Mako. Is there any way to increase the rate at which the Mako regains health? I know Electronics increases the speed of repairs, but repairing doesn't increase health. How would I increase the rate at which the Health of the Mako increases?

you can't. the skills your team and Shepard have has no effect on the Mako. When you repair it, you're essentially telling the Mako to use Omni-Gel to repair itself, therefore chacters have nothing to do with it.
