I wonder what we could see in future DLC content?
Possibly the main issue with the game is a few glitches, which should hopefully be fixed by a patch pretty soon. Other than bug fixes, what about actual content? I think with Mass Effect's galaxy setup, addition star systems and planets would be quite easy to implement into the game. Only about half of the galaxy map actually has star systems in it, the other half is completely emty. Perhaps BioWare are saving it for some DLC?
I'd love to see more populated areas, perhaps some the home planets of some of the species in the game. Going to the Asari, Salarian, Turian and Krogan home worlds would be sweet. Heck, even the Geth homeworld would be awesome, it could be like a giant training ground. The planets don't need to be explorable like unenchatred planets, just a small portion of the main city or something, similar to the Citadel.
I still love exploring uncharted planets, but they're repetitive after a while (i'll get to that in a sec). The story planets are good, but not that lively. You have a seedy scientific space port, a war-torn Prothean city, a volcanic mining site, a hidden scientific lab, and an ancient Prothean ruin. Then you have the lively capital of the galaxy, with a population of millions. More places like this would be amazing to see and explore. I'm sure they'd also be a good hub for more side missions.
About uncharted planets, they could use some work. I do love exploring them, even if they're bare as hell, but just a little variety would be nice. Currently, the only thing that changes from planet to planet is the weather and surface. I'd love to see things like bodies of water, trees, rocks, caves, possibly even animal life (like those strange bubble things on Eden Prime). This of course would only be on planets with a livable habitat, so I don't expect to find them everywhere. Still, even one planet like this would be facinating.
What do you think should be in some DLC?
