And kutiekinzie, I don't really need to be notified more than once. I did get it, but it was late and I was tired so I decided to leave it until I could offer more coherent thoughts, and to see what else everyone could come up with. I generally check every thread in HMDS Cute that's been updated, so it's not usually necessary to notify me unless it's quite urgent or it's been a week or so and I've appeared to have forgotten. =)

Anyways, we have talked before about having a sort of on-topic general discussion like this. In fact, we actually have had one before, but it died fairly quickly. But, keep talking, and if you can decide on a first idea than we can work on getting a thread set up. =] 'You' applying to the forum as a whole, of course. :3

I agree with Lake on this one.

I don't feel that there should be a set topic. I think it should be a general on-topic discussion, not just a specific on-topic discussion about things such as mining, fishing, or whatever, because those are, no offense, boring in all honesty. Sometimes the topic doesn't get to be changed for a while and people don't post for days. Do you get my drift?

That's just how I feel how about it. That would be a thread that I'd want to post in, not just a thread I want to post in to boost my post count or the posts per day of a forum.

That way, if we have a General On-Topic Discussion, people could just update on what they've been doing in their games and such.

Okay, so here is my current idea, though feedback is welcome, and preferred, really, before this is put into place. Anyways, I was thinking we could have a 'reccommended topic', so to speak. In that there would be a specific theme to give people ideas on what to talk about, because maybe it's something that would interest them that they wouldn't have thought of otherwise. But, nobody would be required by any means to stick to that topic - as long as it is game-related it would be okay. Thoughts?

A few basic guide lines are good,but there should be no problem with someone posting a game related help question either.
Rain you should really have faith in us here to do the right thing.

I think kind of combining all the ideas works best. Like someone could ask everyone how they felt about the Fishing Team, and people could respond to that or talk about how they don't like duck eggs or something. But also while reciprocating someone else's question. :)
