	there is a NA tune step 3, i got it after beating a race in the second season. i'm not sure which race, sorry.

	Not sure if you can still get it if you won the special prizes in Season 1 Hot Hatchbacks. I started over without racing the Hatchback races and got the Step 3 option after my 625 day. It's cool if your car only has the NA Tune option(e.g. Viper), but it doesn't make too much difference. I think you get more HP with a Step 2 Turbine and a Super Racing Intercooler.

	Okay okay, racing the hot hatchbacks race in season 1 has nothing to do with getting this upgrade. In the second season, you have to win the Touring car event, thats all.
