Gencies/ Legendary Weapons,

Okay,it's me again,with a couple of questions. My first question is,how do you obtain a rank 39 item? Sorry if this sounds redundant,but this is aggrivating me:#. According to mettaur's guide,I need those to gain the rank 40's. My second question is,I was also reading mettaur's guide on maxing out an item to level 200,and it says I need about 30 mr gency exits,but..there's gotta be an easier way to get these because I really don't have the time nor patience to go through 300 floors of the item world just for 30. Once again,your replies would be GREATLY appreciated,thanks.

They are randomly equipped to enemies in the item world or as bonuses in the list both in the item world and outside or inside green chests.
I already have nearly all legendary rank 39 weapons for most my characters I'm only missing 4 of 6. I have a Satan's Motor for a Bastet, The King for a Lilith, Excalibur for a Space Knight, Meggido Cannon for a master Thief, Infernal Staff for a Galaxy Mage, Holy Longinus for a Beast Savior. I'm Missing a God's Hand for a Master Kunoichi, two Artemis for a Freischutz and a Saint and another Excalibur for an Iron Maiden. I've failed 2 times at an Excalibur. I also have a Beam Axe but it's not the weapon for anyone in my team of 10. Remember if you plan to steal items you Thief must be equal or higher in level to have good chances at stealing and be using Awesome Hand or Bandit's Hand for best results.
