I've gone thorugh a few threads on this forum, and to say the least there have been mixed opinions on this game. I played it at my friends house for about ten minutes, and though it was pretty good. I have looked at some videos and reviews online, and it looks great. But should i buy it? I would only have to fork out $30au, keeping in mind i DONT have xbox live atm, although in about 3months i probably will. So should i get it?

You should wait until you get Xbox Live. While full of lots of cool gameplay moments, the single player is overall average at best. Co-operative play is where its at.

I actually should have online within about a month, i just need enough to get the wireless adapter, and i have 4months free online, so that should keep me going until about christmas.

Agreed. It's so worth getting at its original price. And now its dropped, its definitely worth getting man.
