i heard that to destroy a helicoptor you need to use black hole. how is this possible if you dont aquire black hole until after both helicoptor encounter have passed. or is this just in my experience? is it possible to gain black hole at an earlier stage?

You get it shortly after you obtain the Black Hole power. When you're leaving the baths, a SWAT team comes through the ceiling from a helicopter. You need to use the Black Hole on the ceiling once or twice to bring down the helicopter. You'll hear it crash.

And the guy is all "Damn you Jackie see you in hell!" and stuff.

i didn't use black hole on the helicopter i used the riot shotgun on it and it went down

If you've got the black hole power and want to kill the helicopter after the baths you need to wait for the guy in the helicopter to say 'I'm going to stay this time' and then run out and use the black hole point at the sky. Sometimes takes a couple of secs for the helicopter to explode. Very satisfying when it does. If you don't wait you inevitably get blasted and taken back to the last checkpoint, very irritating.

the cutscene is at paulie's house when hes going up the stairs an awesome part of the game. you get like 200 hearts there.

yeah, pretty much, you just kill the Satan worshipper and then you gots 2 slithering demons on your shoulder that have blue eyes (black hole).

then turn the switch on the helicopter and make him explode.
