Help with a boss plz

Well first of all that "boss" is carlito. and second the easist way to kill him would be to go to the gun shop (north Plaza) kill cletus thes grab all gun and a few hand guns the only time u should use the shot gun is if ur close enough but pull out ur handgun and there will be a certain spot behind a pillar where when ur aiming u can see him directly.

When I got into this fight, I actually ran out of weapons and food and had only 1 health bar left. I just hid out in the jewelry store (I used a skateboard to get there) and let Brad do all the work ^^ Then, since Brad can't kill him off completely, I just threw a book at him and won ^^

Ahhhh, this guy. Sniper carlito is probably the hardest boss in the game hands-down, mostly because nobody is expecting to run into him. Get a hold of a bunch of things you can throw at him (jewelery, plates or CDs work perfectly) then hide behind a corner and chuck 'em at Carlito. HELPFUL HINT: the sniper has about 6 rounds in it. After every 2nd shot or so, he'll try and reload. That's your cue to go up to him and slice him up with a katana or other sharp object

@Gaming Geezer: Try going to the North Plaza and taking care of Cleetus (the gun boss) before going after them. It's a lot easier to kill the convicts with a sniper or a shotgun than it is to try it with a pistol. Alternately, you could just take the shortcut through the mirror in the entertainment plaza.

well this aint the easiest way,but, as soon as the fight starts, hurry up and run to the sports shop to the right of you,
get alot of hockey sticks (yup,hockey sticks)and shoot pucks at him,
if you run out go get more sticks from the store, i did it every time lol.

Isn't there also a SMG on top of a tree that can be grabbed early on in this game? I remember I beat Carlito with that the first time.

There is one if you jump from the staircase to that little edge.
