ok, so although this game got good critic reviews, the public reviews have been very mixed! having never played an unreal tournament game i don't know much about them so can someone please tell me what the game is like and if it is worth buying?

definately... it has some awesome maps and vehichles, can be played offline splitscreen with bots, there are alot of characters to choose to play as and cool guns as well - i would definately recommend it

it really depends on your taste. this is really a very multiplayer-oriented game. even the single player modes are based simply on death matches etc. i love the game because its a fast paced game, and i think the graphics and level detail are incredible. so again, if your a multiplayer person this is a must to go in your game library, and the online is insanely fun. the only problem is, there wont be a whole lot of option in choosing online matches because there arent a whole lot of people playing this game like you would see in halo 3.
