This is very controversial because skill decides a lot and how you use it and what not but i just want to hear some opinions and fav weapons that you use

I like the gatling gun. Its quick powerful and kills easily at close/mid range

mine would have to be the flak cannon or the bio rifle

Best IMO:

Rocket Launcher - I use the multi launch mode and decent aiming to get stuff done.

Stinger Gatling Gun - IMO the best non-incendiary weapon in the game. Second mode is best for distance firing.

2xEnforcer - Surprisingly good. Was similarly good in UT GOTY. Main fire for quick health drain, and right click for close up finishers. Positively great in medium/short range in SUper Berserk mode.

Sniper - Ideal for long range attacks when you're reasonably safe.

Flack Cannon - Great medium(Alt fire)/close(both) range weapon.

Shock cannon is my last choice usually, next to the sniper rifle. Its combo mode is good for getting enemies that are hiding a bit though.
