I just got this game about a week ago its my first MMO and i am a lv12 warrior. I followed some advise in a previous thread and have been using signet to get items and am selling them in the auction but i was wondering if there are any other ways to make money while i am waiting for those to sell?
Also, haha this is going to sound ridiculous but as i said i am the biggest NOOB ever, but how do you syth? i see people doing it and cant figure out how to?
I know im a tard but if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. thanks.

Well fishing for moat carp is good if you just started.Synthing is easy just go to one of the guilds and get the recipes but at the start you wont have much and it can take a lot of gil to synth for a long time i use the cooking guild and fishing for my income ask anymore questions if you need any more help.

Sell crystals in individuals, not stacks. They will sell, it will just take you longer to get all the 12 of a stack sold separately than it would to sell a stack as a whole.
