im stuck in an area and cant find anything to open its i think in the 2nd chapter might be 1st its right after you get off the elevator and are outside there is a fenced in area but cant open the gate also 2 fallout shelters killed all the men , scaffolding but nothing to climb can anyone help

I remember this part. Ok what you do is kill everyone as you say youve done. Go to the gate, and with your glaive you have to throw it inbetween the gate and the wire above the gate, now using after touch you have to hit electric box/ or it was a red box. Once you realise what to do its very easy.
