The Oblivion Guide to Easy Money |
|
Lately, I've been thinking "How the hell do I get more money?!" (because I spent almost 10000 on training). So I decided to make this thread. Not just for me but everyone. So if you got some quick and easy tips to making money (besides the infinate gold cheat) then be sure to post it here.

Well the most obvious one is to work your way through the arena. Good pay for some relatively easy fights. And you can keep going back once you have finished as well. I'm sure there is better than that of course.

Another nice way to make money is to explore some dungeons and caves because a lot of them have some goodies that you can sell.

I believe the easiest money is looting everything as expensive and lightweight as possible in the city where your fence is located, pick up the routines of the guards in the castle or rich-ass citizens and get on it when theyre gone or asleep. And hey, that Dar-Jee seems to have an addiction to skooma, and hell even buy his own stolen stash back LOL:-D....
Damn dont you just hate when those display cases only contain measly replicas of glass/ebony weapons?!?

€ - Finding Welkeid stones at most Algeid Ruins scores a good 100 gold each, because Potions are rather better, considering they hardly weigh anything, and the Stones costs you a pound each time..

I found this out so listen up!
A nice way to get money is to find encampments where a bunch of bandits hang out. Because the bandits always have the best stuff. -------------------

quote DarknetIsn't there also a chest or crate or bag filled with 200 gold around each of the little "bandit camp" places? Or is it even more 'rewarding' than Morrowind..? -------------------

It doesn't really matter because all the bandits will have up to date stuff depending on your level.

True true, but fur armour isnt the handiest even at low levels
Arena is still the best bet for me

Books, lots of books. I pull all the books out of guild halls that i've joined, any house I plunder. They weigh almost nothing and can net some good money (especially selling the ones already read skill books).
