You can buy all three at your local ingredients merchant probably. I'm not sure if they continue to sell them after the main quest is over, but I want to say yes on that. Sometimes you will find the ingredients growing just outside of the oblivion gates too so you don't even have to go inside to pick them. And the "Wizard's tower" DLC has an Oblivion garden.

EDIT: those are the only three ingredients that you "pick" from plants in Oblivion. There are also ingredients you can harvest from creatures like deadra hearts, void-frost-fire salts, clannfear claws, etc. But since those creatures can be found in some dungeons I don't think it is quite the same...

Ok, I have now added the poison recipes contributed by GenghisKhanIT on page 5 to the "CONTRIBUTED CUSTOM RECIPES" section of the Main Post that is seen at the top of the first and last pages of the thread. Thank you once again for contributing those quality poisons GK!



IMPORTANT NOTE:

Surprisingly, I have now reached the character limit for the Main Post. Any given post is apparently not allowed to exceed 65,536 characters after being translated into HTML. What this means is that there may have to be a limit of one or two contributed custom recipes for those who wish to have their recipes featured in the Main Post. I would like to ask tRaViS_p0w3ll and GenghisKhanIT to please post here your two most favorite recipes out of those currently featured in the "CONTRIBUTED CUSTOM RECIPES" section of the Main Post. For now, I am going to keep as many of your recipes included as possible, but to be fair to others that may want to also contribute in the future it may be necessary to remove some of the recipes now listed in that section. Please indicate which is your favorite and also which is your second favorite. Thank you.

I had to go through the whole Main Post and simplify some things in order to make room for listing all four of the poison recipes contributed by GK. I also eliminated one recipe ("Detect Life") from those contributed by Travis since it was a duplicated result anyways. The next recipes to be eliminated should someone else wish to contribute will first be my poison recipe "Napalm Poison" as its results are duplicated by one of GK's recipes, and the next would be Travis' "Poison Resistance" recipe as its results are also duplicated amongst Travis' other recipes. Thank you everyone for your understanding in this matter to be fair to all.



For other's who may want to have their recipes featured in the "CONTRIBUTED CUSTOM RECIPES" section of the Main Post at the top of the first and last pages of the thread:

-> Please limit the contibutions you wish to be added to the Main Post to your two most favorite/useful recipes. For those two recipes please do not include mixtures that have only one result as those kind of recipes may be determined easily by anyone who uses the "INGREDIENTS LISTING" section of the Main Post.

If you simply wish to post normally in the thread all of your favorite recipes then by all means please do so and then everyone can benefit from your full creativity. Thank you.

Forever and a day. But today is yesterday's tomarrow so it is done now and we all have something wonderful to help us with Alchemy. Nice huh?

Not trying to steal your thunder in anyway here Coog because you've done a brilliant job here, but surely it would be easier if you just linked to the guide on the wiki because that doesnt have a word limit.

Your missing some ingriedients coog, get it all down man! Purgeblood salts needs to be added
