Okay I am just curious to see where everyone is in this game. Have you beaten it yet? What medals and Trophies do you have if you did? What cars do you use and what is your numerical ranking? You start at 10th and work your way, I guess to 1.

Okay I beat the game, I now have turned most of my Bronze Trophies to Silver. I have 18 Silver Trophies, 2 Gold and 3 Bronze. Currently the game has me at a rank of 5th and I have 11,781,599 Credits. My favorite car so far, and trhe one I have beaten the majority of my races with, is the Ferrari F50 GT!

To be honest there is no real trick to the cone challenges. Just don't go flat out and choose a car that handles well.

Yeah I beat the game with all Siver Trophies and like 3 Gold. The truth is that beyond Silver, this game becomes a lot more frustrating than fun for me, so I just moved on. Now sometimes I play Multiplayer with friends, but other than that, I think I am done with Career mode.

Remember everytime you race in PGR3, you should get better. As soon as you know it, you should have beaten the game all on Gold mate.

Yeah but that wasn't happening with me. I hit a wall in this game, and no matter what I wasn't getting any better, so rather than start smashing controllers in utter frustration, I moved onto one of the other 7 launch titles that I bought. Sorry, but beyond Silver and some Golds, I just found that the game was far more frustrating than fun, and I play video games for fun NOT frutration. I can live with not getting all Golds, and will sleep just as well at night without upgrading to Gold and Platinum, and save myself a whole lot of anger and frustration in the process.

Which car did you use?

I always use the TVR Sagaris. Its quite good for drifting and can be good for weaving in and out too. I'm not saying that is the best but its the best out of the cars I own though.

I have got all silvers and I am now going through it again for golds. It's annoying though, because on gold, some of the races are easy but some of the cone challenges are really tough. It could be a little bit more consistant

cone challenges are pretty hard

but its pretty easy to win 'platinum' medals on street races, elimination and speed challenges

and by easy i mean first try unless i have a horrific spin.

Got all Silver Trophies and 12 Gold Trophies. Rank 3 and i'm like 30,000 Kudos away from Rank 2.

I have completed it on Gold now. I think I am rank 2 so I might carry on to get to rank 1, then just play it online.

I got all Gold now. I was 3 gold trophies away when my 360 bit the dust, Microsoft sent me a replacement console so I lost all my saves and had to start all over. Started on the gold challenges yesterday so it only took me 2 days to get all gold.
