That's right, guys. After a long break, the HFF Team is back and we're ready to start looking at folders again!
Submitting Folders
Submissions need to be sent to us via NeoPM to this account. Sending them to Chaos Swordsman or any of the members of the Megaman Portal will result in your submission being overlooked as they only post the folders we think are worthy to be posted. In your NeoPM, make sure you have "HFF Submission:" followed by the name of the game your folder belongs to. We ask you to do this so we can differentiate between questions and submissions at a glance and having the name of the game your folder's for in the title helps us to make sure the right team member(s) review your folder. We don't want to have to open every PM in order to be able to find what game it's for by looking at the chips or other information, so please make it easier on us.
What to include in your NeoPM
Just like the last system, we need to know a name for your folder, what crosses/souls/styles (depending on the game), and what your NaviCust looks like (if applicable). You should also take the time to write out a strategy on how the folder is meant to be used. You don't have to go into a lot of detail but at least make it so that people don't have to look up a lot of big words.
Restrictions!
Yes, we've got restrictions on submitting folders. Don't worry, they're not hard.
- Don't submit more than two per week. There's no time limit on your submissions. Two submissions per week is plenty per person. We want you to take your time and make sure your folder's as good as it can be before sending it to us.
- Don't submit folders to Battle Network 1, Battle Network 2, or Battle Network 3. We want to focus on the more recent games in the series right now. If this list changes, we'll let you know.
Questions? We've asked Chaos Swordsman to leave this thread open in case anyone has any questions. We'll try to answer as best we can, but if it's about a folder we've already reviewed please PM us instead.
