I ran inside, and Nina greeted me.
"How was it?!" she exclaimed.
"Awesome!" I cheered.
"That's good."
"Yeah." I smiled. "Well, I should probably be getting to bed."
"See you tomorrow," Nina said.
I ran upstairs and into my room.
Before I knew it, I was out like a light.

After buying my watering can, I headed back to the farm.
What a wonderful town.
The woman who gave me the dog stopped by.
"So, have things been good with Casper?" She smiled.
I nodded.
"Well then, stop by the Blue Sky Ranch sometime, and maybe we can have a chat."
I smiled.
My first friend.

The next morning, I awoke to rain.
Stupid, crappy rain.
I hated it.
Sighing, I changed into jeans and a hoodie, and ran downstairs.
Liz passed me a plate of food, and I sat down for breakfast.
It was the first time I ate in two days.
Yay me.

I grabbed my bag from the table the next morning.
Shoving a piece of bread into my mouth, I dashed out the door.
"She wants me to visit her." I giggled.
I pulled out my map.
"Keep going straight....then a left....and there we are!" I mumbled, looking up to see the Blue Sky Ranch.
It was much bigger than my measly farm.
I shrugged and headed inside.

((Just so you know Karen is not the girl from Minerel Town.))

"Okay." I replied.
James was my Smooth Fox Terrier.
"Go to sleep now." Karen told me.
I slid under my blankets and fell asleep.

"WAKE UP FAT FACE!" Jake shouted in my ear before running down the stairs to the Dining Room.
"Your The Fat Face!" I shouted back.
I walked down the stairs to the Dining Room.
"Mmmm... Pancakes." I said licking my lips.
"Good Morning Meryl." Karen said welcoming me.
"Yeah, Morning Fat Face." Jack sneered.
"Jack! Corner! Now!" Karen snapped.
Jack rolled his eyes and went to stand in the corner.
I slipped into a seat between Lilly and Karen.
Karen was my only friend in the Orphanage of twenty kids.
Karen slipped two pancakes onto my plate.
I ate them quickly.
"More? Pleeeease?" I asked.
"Sure." Karen replied. Slipping on two more.
"Thanks!" I replied.

"How is it?" Liz asked.
"Wonderful!" I exclaimed.
"I made it," Nina piped.
"Cool," I smiled.
We all ate in silence.
"Wanna go for a walk?" Nina asked me.
I shrugged. "Sure. It's raining, but sure."
I put my hood up, Nina got an umbrella, and we ran outside.

"So, you decided to visit!" The woman laughed.
I nodded.
I finally noticed I didn't know her name.
"I'm Tefalie." I said, thrusting out a hand.
"And I'm Ellen!" She replied, shaking my hand.
"If you ever need to buy animals, this is the place!" Ellen chimed.
I nodded.
She motioned to a man.
"This is Hank. And in the pastures works my cousin, Blue." Ellen smiled.
"Well then, I'll go introduce myself." I mumbled, heading outside.

"I need to talk to you about Ray.." Nina whispered.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
She leaned in. "I think he's obsessed with you."
"Me? Why?" I asked.
"I dunno. He gets that way with a lot of girls in this valley," she told me.
"Oh real-"
"Hey, girls," a voice said.
We both looked ahead of us.
It was Ray. Oh boy.

I stumbled out the door.
"The pasture is....ah, that way!" I exclaimed, heading the the bright patches of grass.
I climbed over the fence, trying to see over the grass.
"Hello, uh, I'm the new farmer, is anyone there?" I called.
"Me." A voice answered.
I pushed my way through the grass.

"H-Hi.." I muttered.
"Something wrong?" he asked me.
I shook my head. "Nope. Just walking with my cousin."
"Which is something we should get back to," Nina informed.
She pulled me away, and we walked.
"Thanks," I whispered.
"No prob. He was obsessed with me once. I have to tell you about that."
So she told me. I listened.

There he stood.
My heart fluttered.
"What?" He snapped.
"N-Nothing...I'm Tefalie." I smiled.
"Blue." Blue said, barely looking up.
"Well...it was nice meeting you, very nice.." I mumbled.
"Fantastic nice.." I heard myself say.
I turned bright red, and ran off.

"Whoa." It was all I could mutter.
I couldn't believe how obsessed some guys could be.
"We better get back.." I mumbled.
"Y-Yeah," Nina stuttered. "But please don't tell my mom about this!"
She was referring to the Ray story.
H-He....did s-something...horrible.
"O-Okay," I whispered.

I finished and went upstairs to pack.
I finished ten minutes later.
"Come on Maryl The bus leaves soon!" Karen shouted up the stairs.
"Coming!" I shouted back.
I darted outside and hopped into the bus.
Karen passed me the carrier that held James.
"Thanks." I said. "See you on Monday." I said before the doors closed.
It started raining as soon as we left.
I leaned my head against the rain splattered window.
"Heeey, Merry Meryl." Somebody sneeered pulling on my hair from behind.
I whipped around, sure enough there was Jack.
"What are you doing?" I hissed.
"Making your life miserable." He said sounding out the syllables.
"GAAAAAAAH!" I shouted.
"Missy, keep it down there." The bus driver told me.
"Sorry Sir." I mumbled.
"Going to Uncle Ronnie's is making you cranky, huh?" He laughed.
"Ferme la bouche!" I told him turing around.
He seemed as though he was trying to figure out what I said.
"Good Idea." I told myself

We went home. I went up to my room.
What Nina told me..it was hard to believe.
Ray...what he did.
It was too horrible for words.
"I'm just paranoid.." I muttered
I flopped on my bed, and screamed into a pillow.
Then, I heard a pound against the side of the house.
"What the heck?" I muttered.
I got up and went to my window.
Ray was throwing rocks against the house.
Oh great.
