	First, you find another Friend with the game, of whom is online. Then you find out The IP of whomever is hosting. You Click Multiplayer, Internet TCP/IP, then Put in their IP and hope you get a response. If you're hosting, find out your own IP, give it to your friends who want to play with you, Go to Multiplayer, Host Game, Create a game and Wait for your buddies to join. And if you want to ally with your buddies, then just pass a large amount of gold between you in the Diplomacy page. Just don't piss each other off, ok?
