Question about Weapons\Combos\Styles

I take it you're playing as Dante.

For the combos and stuff, one word:

Practice.

Also, which sword is the best is up to you. It depends on which two you like using and feel most comfortable with. Also, if you really use swords more than guns, go with Swordmaster. It'll have the best effect.

Yep, do what Nihl thingy said. You fight Vergil for the first time at mission 7. You're on mission 5. I would say Trickster is the best at the moment, the when that's at Lvl 3, go for Swordmaster.

I got another question, I unlocked Vergil and I think hes alot stronger than Dante. But I want to know how many levels does his style have? Like Trickster has 3 etc. As of now, my Vergil's style is level 2, it leveled at 15000 exp I think or 10000, i forgot. And the EXP cap for the style is 99999.

Dark Slayer I think you mean

I'm pretty sure it's three, I've heard he gets one trick per level and he has three style moves total, not a lot I know but with Air Trick at level one it's not bad .

Royal Guard is the most powerful style in the game in the hands of a master, but it's tough to learn. Basically, if you time your block right you can perfectly block ANY attack in the entire game, anything, this is called a Just Block. People with the skills can just stand still while fighting Vergil, Beowolf, Arkham, doesn't matter, and take no damage. What's more, you can release the power of your blocks, an three full orbs (the max) of this is very powerful, especially if you realise it as a counter just like you would a Just Block, the more powerful the attack the more powerful the Just Release in that case, for example if you Just Released on Beowolf when he did his pillar of light, with full stored energy, then you could take off a quarter of health I think it was, on Dante Must Die . But, yeah you need perfect timing for that and it's not for the new to the game or series, although the level three move Ultimate is useful, it absorbs a fraction of the damage you would have received from any attack that hits it, although some attacks break it.

I also have this move at level 1 RG ( i forgot name ) but the buttons to press are R1+O and it counter attacks or something.
