But I do know how to become one

How?

1. Click on GBA Logo just up the top
2. Click on P and when you see Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red, just click on the name.
3. Now can you see the link below "Forum" that says "Contribute"?
4. If you can then go onto 5, If you can't then forget about it.
5. Scroll down until you can see a link name "Add a Mod"
5. Fill out the form

It doesn't make you a mod right away.
