Favorite Characters - Page 2

(I already posted, but I'm reiterating it, and expanding on what I've already said about my faves...Also, check out my "Ideal Character Setup" topic, you might like that)

Anyhow, battle wise, my faves are (below all apply to sorcery formation):

ZERASE - With that Sorcery formation, and in the fourth slot (back position) she can attack with her Star Rune, and do major damage (I think, about 1600+), twice...only a boss suvives that...Also has Water rune (which I only use for healing) and with her Magic absorb rune, what magic she uses up, she can recover in no time...her attack power isn't too shabby either ^_^

Raven - Forward-most slot, and with a Raven Rune, any dungeon area (including open areas), he can't be hit by direct physical attacks...so I have him outfitted with a double edge rune, and he also has that high Def armour (requiring 100+ kills and 350+ HP) to compensate for that, when he DOES get hit...he also has the Eyeball ring, which recovers 5% of damage caused, meaning he can recover most damage recieved in a single turn (what with the high attack, tendency to go critical, or double critical, and multi attack)..

Cathari - More recent, but even better at dealing damage and absorbing HP, I got her equipped with a Drain Rune, and Double Edge rune, and a rear slot...Regularly does 1000+ damage

The rest of the characters are negligable, I could probably replace them with any of the other good fighters....but I do tend to use Eresh, Viki, and Jeane (another one with magic absorb rune)

BTW: A lot of my best characters have either Drain Rune, or Eyeball ring for restoring what HP they manage to lose...

Female
Male
S-range
M-range
L-range
Magician
... So by these categories mine favorites are...:
Female:We all love Jeane but favorite is Lorelai,she's from Suiko 2 very balanced(STR-MAG) and 3 rune slots.Also Miakis HOT,3 rune slots,MAG.
Male(excluding Prince lol):We all love Georg but my favorite is Belcoot and another "Sindar Guy" Killey.He's kinda Lorelai type balanced and very strong at both acc.speed high.
S-range:Georg same reasons Suiko 2 cool and faithfull char.
M-range:Lyon,always there for you strong.
L-range:Zerase,Cathari....Zerase MAG 600 max-Cathari Att 700 max both very quick.
Magician:Ahh I guess Zerase,but she's up so Ill tell Kyle.He can be sorted anywhere up there.There are lot of favorites I cant remember them all but...blabla lot of.
OH yeah
Entourage:Egbert potch finder,Marina-Healing and Jeane-Sage
....
ETC. Kinda short... lol

From Suikoden V, I absolutely love Hazuki. Green-haired samurai chicks rule. What a great, powerful character.
