Does anyone have any opinions on Arsenal using the throwback colors to celebrate them leaving Highbury?

I personally just got the this year's Warm Up Jacket in the mail today, and it looks great.

I think it's a good way to commemorate their final year at Highbury, and compared to what a lot of people say, I don't think it looks that bad to be honest

I love the colors they have chosen. Its different than the rest of the EPL teams, and it just looks good. A nice change from the vivid red color that they had.

Definitely, and it's a nice change how they're commemorating everything. Like at the Newcastle game they had "Highbury 1913-2006" (or whenever Highbury was built) cut into the grass which was pretty cool

Yeah, I'm really proud of them doing so, I really like the colours, Dark Red/Bergundy(sp) and Gold is really nice IMO. And having the date tops it off perfectly. I never knew I'd like Gold numbers/names.. Really don't suit some tops and colours, but it fits in well perfect with the top, and is worth buying if you're an Arsenal fan. Wish we could do it.. If we knew when New Anfield was being finished. Some say at the end of this season/start of next, but I was thinking the end of next season, anyone know?

Nuh can't say that i have heard almost anything about the new Anfield. Can't say that I particularly care either
and I must say i think it was a good idea for Arsenal to wear the original kits to commemorate their last season at Highbury, i actually quite like the kit.

Have Liverpool actually played in any other colour than red though, Craigy?
